How to find us

By train, it is a short walk from Pforzheim main station. By car, take the A8 (exit Pforzheim) into the city.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by 12 noon. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible on request, subject to availability, for a fee or sometimes free of charge.

Cancellation

Free cancellation at any time up to 24 hours before arrival. After that, no refund is possible.

Payment

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, SEPA direct debit or bank transfer on invoice. Cash is possible by arrangement.
